We don't just have 'Store Managers', we have Shop management teams who act as 'Shopkeepers'; commercially managing their space as their own and always with their local customer at the heart of each decision. These are more than just shops, they are places where people can meet up and socialise. Our shop teams are there to ensure that our customers get a unique White Stuff shopping experience every time. Each of our Shops supports a local charity and you will be tasked with partnering with them to continue to support their important fundraising.
As well as our beautifully designed product our customers also find areas to relax and have a coffee or tea, designated play areas for children, eye-catching creative elements and some of our Shops even have their own children's cinema, themed fitting rooms and weekly customer events. Let's also not forget our love of all things cake!
Welcome to Casa Del White Stuff, our lovely HQ, based in Oval, London. This is where the magic begins! Home of all the talented people who work within some of our key support functions such as buying, merchandising, design, people, finance, IT, creative display and marketing.
Casa Del White Stuff is a bustling hub of activity and whilst all our people work incredibly hard we also like to ensure we are having fun too! Our entire HQ meets each month to share our fantastic success stories and upcoming plans at our 'Family Gathering'. You will often find various activities which you can join in with to collaborate and raise money for our charity; The White Stuff Foundation. Behind every great shop there is a solid distribution centre (D.C). This is the hub of our business operations, where our products are received, sorted and quality checked before being whisked off to our lovely shops and (eagerly awaiting) direct web or home shopping customers. Our team of Warehouse Operatives keep everything moving, and even have time to practice the odd dance routine or pancake flip as part of their day!
Our Leicester D.C. has recently been refurbished and now boasts an impressive Learning Centre to enable our team to achieve their very best each day. Our Customer Care team are also based in our Leicester D.C. and it is full of passionate people aiding our customers to have the best possible White Stuff shopping experience.”
