Benefit Cosmetics is the make-up brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional and BADgal BANG!, and describes itself as the world's No. 1 brand dedicated to eyebrows. Its UK and Ireland teams work on Benefit counters in stores across the UK and Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

Where people work: as Brow & Beauty Experts, who carry out brow services (waxing, tinting and tweezing), demonstrate products and build loyal customers; and as Counter Managers, who lead the counter team, run the counter's stock, administration and events, and work with store and area managers. Some counters are solo counters, where the Counter Manager runs the counter without a team. Benefit also recruits Senior Sales Advisors and field roles such as Country Manager.
