You will find working in one of our shops is totally different from any other charity shop. We are not necessarily looking for people who have a retail background – what we are looking for is creativity, flair and a passion to succeed and achieve goals.

We are looking for people who have energy and the desire to be the best, but at the same time are able to juggle a lot of balls in the air. If you have determination, the will to succeed and excel at customer service, then we could be for you.

In our shops you are given the freedom to be able to stamp your personality on them. We need people with creativity who can make a fantastic window display; who can lay out the shop to optimise sales; and at the same time make it look inviting, modern and impactful. We want our shops to stand out, to promote our brand and be different, so we need you to be able to think of new concepts in charity retailing. Every day is different and we are constantly changing and evolving to face the challenge of the high street. We want people who can evolve with us.

In return for your hard work we make sure that our management have the right work life balance with alternate Saturdays off, your birthday off, no late night working, a Christmas shopping day and a minimum of three days off over the Christmas period. We offer great staff development and the chance for you to shape your future in our retail environment.
