Workshop Administrator

At a glance: Role: Workshop Administrator Location: Leyland (Regional Distribution Centre) Scheduled Hours: 37.5 per week Join our Leyland team as a Workshop Administrator Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the Partnerships commercial vehicle fleet and Ecommerce. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining parts stock levels, coordinating in-house and 3rd party fleet maintenance and updating our fleet maintenance system. With your ability to communicate to colleagues and stakeholders you will provide branch support & vehicle updates. This role requires a good understanding of Time management Attention to detail Problem solving Experience: Experience using Microsoft office Knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle repair and maintenance We believe in rewarding our Partners for their time and energy.
