Womenswear Merchandiser

A leading fashion retailer are looking for a Womenswear Merchandiser on a 12 month FTC to join their growing team. You will play a key role in shaping seasonal strategies and delivering standout product assortments that speak directly to the customer base.
You will work closely with the Buying, Design, and Planning teams to ensure the right products are in the right places at the right time — maximizing sales, driving profitability, and elevating the womenswear range offering across all channels.
Build and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that align with brand vision and commercial goals
Manage OTB (Open to Buy), stock levels, and intake plans to support trading
Analyse sales, trends, and customer insights to optimize product performance
Partner with Buyers on range building and price architecture
Forecast and manage markdowns and promotional activity
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform decision-making
Collaborate with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure a consistent brand experience
The salary is paying up to £42,000
