We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Executive to join our team at Whoosh. As the Whoosh Trading Executive, you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing channels within Tesco. This role plays an pivotal part in delivering our online content strategy, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and accurate across both the app and web.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, have strong communication skills, and a passion for optimising content to support customer engagement and sales.

You will be responsible for:

Content execution: Coordinating trade planning, design, and publishing for Whoosh seasonal events, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and accurate across all product categories.
Content management: Building and maintaining trading content across all site placements, regularly reviewing and updating to keep standards high.
Seasonal planning and delivery: Supporting the end-to-end planning and delivery of Whoosh events and key moments (including seasonal), communicating plans, progress, and priorities clearly, and working with others to manage timelines and dependencies.
Data-led improvements: Using data and insights to improve content performance, helping to drive customer engagement, conversion, and sales.
Performance reviews: Reviewing seasonal performance and sharing key findings with the team.
Relationship building: Building strong working relationships to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience across all Whoosh content.
Continuous improvement: Spotting opportunities to improve trading activity and simplify processes across onsite and offsite tools.
Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with teams across the business, including Commercial Trade Planning, Operations, Fulfilment, Analytics, Design, Customer, Marketing, and Dunnhumby.
Attention to detail: Carrying out regular content checks to ensure everything on site is accurate and compliant.

You will need:

Experience in content management and/or trade planning (desirable)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
Confidence working with data, with the ability to interpret insights and make informed decisions
A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality
The ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
A proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement
The ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritise effectively
A sense of ownership and accountability
Confidence using tools such as Excel and Outlook
Experience with workflow tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, Miro, Aha)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
Experience working with content management systems (e.g. Magnolia, Spectra, GAM)
