Whoosh Trade Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Executive to join our team at Whoosh. As the Whoosh Trading Executive, you'll be part of one of the highest growth channels within Tesco. This role is pivotal in executing our online content strategy, ensuring engaging, relevant, and accurate content across both the App and web. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimising content to drive customer engagement and sales.

You will be responsible for:

• Content Execution: Coordinate the trade planning, design, and publishing process to deliver engaging, relevant, and accurate content for all product categories throughout the year, including seasonal events, customer propositions, and media campaigns.

• Content Management: Build and maintain trading content assets across all site placements, continuously reviewing and updating them to ensure high standards.

• Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise analytics to make data-driven decisions that optimise content, driving customer engagement, conversion, and sales.

• Performance Review: Conduct daily, weekly, and seasonal reviews of content performance, and communicate findings in team meetings.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships to ensure a consistent end-to-end journey across channels for all Whoosh content.

• Proactive Improvement: Seek and own new or improved trading opportunities and process simplifications through all onsite and offsite tools.

• Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with digital product and technology teams to continuously improve our platforms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise and work with key stakeholders across the business, including Commercial Trade Planning, Operations, Fulfillment, Analytics, Design, Customer, Marketing, and Dunnhumby.

• Attention to Detail: Conduct daily content checks to maintain the legality and accuracy of the site.

You will need:

Proven experience in content management and trade planning (desirable)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
