Warehouse Team Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a distribution team manager to join a leading retailer in Runnymede. This company is going from strength to strength and continuing to dominate in their industry.

The role with manage the team on shift to achieve the company productivity and standards required. There will be continual coaching and development of the team, making sure the operation runs smoothly and environment is inline with all company legal procedures.

Our client is ideally looking for applicants with distribution experience from a supermarket, DIY or online retailer. Strong people management and communication skills are required and an ability to motivate the team. A willingness too learn new skills as the company evolves. A driving licence as the CDC is in a remote location.

The opportunity comes with a competitive benefit package and salary and 12% bonus. This role is a shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off. You will have the opportunity to develop your career.
