Visual Merchandiser

A leading high-street lifestyle retailer is looking for a visual merchandiser to join the team at their brand-new Cork store. Known for its curated mix of vintage-inspired and trend-led pieces, this fashion-forward brand is expanding rapidly across Europe.

As visual merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling displays that enhance the customer journey and maximise commercial performance in a high-turnover environment. You’ll work closely with the store team to ensure VM guidelines are delivered to the highest standard, reflecting the brand's aesthetic and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and commercial visual merchandising across the store
- Implement VM directives while adapting to local customer behaviour and stock availability
- Analyse sales data and customer flow to influence floor moves and product placement
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with inspiring visual execution
- Collaborate with store management to ensure team members understand and maintain VM standards
- Uphold operational excellence, health & safety, and brand presentation at all times

About You:
- Proven experience as a visual merchandiser in fashion retail, ideally womenswear
- Strong styling and layout skills with an understanding of consumer behaviour
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate visual strategy into sales results
- Confident in adapting VM plans to meet local needs without compromising brand integrity
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
