About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Japanese restaurant at Changi Airport. You will be entrusted to manage daily operations with strong support from HQ.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and schedule the store team
Maintain high standards of food display and service
Handle ordering, stock control, and HQ coordination
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance
Coach and develop a positive team culture
Requirements
Able to work weekends & public holidays
Food Hygiene Certificate
2–3 years of F&B store management experience
