We’re on the lookout for a commercially focused Trade Marketing Manager to spearhead impactful trade campaigns, working closely with our wholesale partners to drive growth, brand awareness, and ROI across all product categories.

About the Role:
As Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of trade marketing activity across key national accounts, delivering 360° marketing strategies that influence sell-through and brand presence in every customer touchpoint—from in-store experiences to digital campaigns.

You’ll be the go-to expert on our product lines, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to bring compelling campaigns to life. Reporting to the Deputy Marketing Manager, you’ll also lead and mentor our Trade Marketing Coordinators, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute tactical marketing initiatives for co-op advertising, retail activations, promotions, events, and social media.
- Oversee and optimise trade marketing budgets alongside the Deputy Marketing Manager.
- Conduct regular business reviews with wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with KPIs and overall strategy.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers to deliver engaging in-store visuals and digital assets.
- Stay on top of trends across retail, e-commerce, mail order, and buying groups to inform strategy.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support commercial goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in process, systems, and account-specific marketing execution.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success in a Trade Marketing or Digital Marketing role within retail or wholesale.
- Strong people management experience – you know how to lead and coach a team.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Confident communicator and influencer with strong commercial awareness.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or similar).
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for brand growth and retail excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
