Your responsibilities will include managing the compensation and benefits strategy for the business, ensuring that all programmes align with national and international regulation, and maintaining accurate records for rewards-related activities.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar total rewards role, ideally within the retail sector, as well as strong communication skills.
