Technical Manager - Womenswear

Due to continued growth, a fantastic role has arisen to join a highly successful and design lead womenswear business as a technical manager with the opportunity to progress further within the business.

Reporting in to the head of technical and overseeing the team, you will also work closely with the wider business both in the UK and offshore. Day to day, you will ensure the highest quality standards are met, involving working on the entire garment development process, from initial tech packs to the sealing stage, ensuring a flawless fit and finish. You will lead fit sessions, manage technical communication with factories, and play a key role in developing core block libraries and junior team members.

The role will suit an experienced women's multiproduct senior garment technologist who is driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment and keen to be part of the continued success of the business. You will also be required to travel long haul.
