We’re currently looking for a full time Team Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit team within our world renowned Wines & Spirits department. The Team Manager is instrumental in supporting their Manager in delivering operational requirements, food safety compliance, financial KPIs and customer experience here at Harrods. Translating and cascading goals to the team, nurturing and developing colleagues and embedding a culture of continuous feedback are part of daily responsibilities.

About the Role

The Team Manager is the frontline face of the leadership team, responsible for inspiring, engaging and delivering the customer experience and commercial performance within the department. The Team Manager will have high levels of presence on the floor, is a true team player and natural collaborator with a “relationship first” focus. The Team Manager has specific people management responsibility the Wines & Spirits department is required to be commercially driven in this area.

About You

You’re a relationship-led manager who likes being on the floor with your colleagues, helping your team to be their best. You’ll have a natural ability to engage and motivate your team, as well as being capable of truly inspiring, motivating and managing the performance of your team. You have a sales and service management background (Wines & Spirits experience is essential), and you have a proven track record of leading engaged teams.
