Team Leader

A fast-growing beauty brand is looking for a team leader to support the management of a busy counter within a premium multi-brand retail environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who enjoys leading by example and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product advice
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support and motivate the team on the shop floor
- Act as manager on duty when required
- Support events, promotions, and product launches
- Assist with stock, visual merchandising, and daily operations

What We’re Looking For
- Previous beauty or cosmetics retail experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Passion for beauty and current trends
