Due to an internal move within the team, our Head Office Talent Management department are seeking a highly organised individual on a 10-month temporary assignment to support and coordinate learning activities for new and existing colleagues. Providing vital support to the Learning & Onboarding team, this multi-faceted and exciting opportunity is ideal for a confident person with genuine enthusiasm for supporting employee development while promoting and coordinating training programmes.

What you'll do
Supporting the Head Office Learning and Onboarding team with administrative and project tasks
Key point of contact for learning and development queries
Multiple inbox management
Maintaining training records and booking training courses on SuccessFactors Learning
Coordinating and organising room bookings while engaging participants and ensuring relevant materials are available
Data inputting into learning systems and support compilation of training compliance data
Logging and dealing with SuccessFactors enquiries
Ensuring compliance with Head Office and International deadlines
Ensuring the department provide a quality experience to all colleagues and stakeholders
Managing purchase orders and invoices
Maintaining the ARIS processes for relevant topics
Facilitation of Head Office welcome events and some course delivery
Supplier engagement
What you'll need
Motivated with exceptional people skills and the ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels
Enthusiastic about the training and development of employees
Experienced and confident using administrative system and managing information on a database
A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills
Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
Uncompromising attention to detail
Able to use their own initiative
