An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to join the Talent Management department to support with an exciting Leadership development project, in collaboration with International teams. We’re looking for a strategic, hands on Consultant to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of Leadership development initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in redesigning our Leadership offering, and supporting with the International Next Level Leadership project ensuring local initiatives drive engagement, performance and long-term development.

What you'll do


Lead the redesign, implementation end evaluation of Leadership development.
Partner with key business departments and subject matter experts to craft impactful learning solutions for Leaders.
Track and report on KPIs to measure impact, learning transfer and business outcomes.
Champion inclusive and scalable learning practices that support diverse talent pipelines.
Support with the appraisal cycle and wider development initiatives.

What you'll need


Experience within Talent Management is essential.
Proven experience in project management.
Previous experience within a Leadership role is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management including Head Office divisions, International and Regional Talent teams.
Experience using SuccessFactors Talent and Learning is preferred.
