What you'll do
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the team
Managing recruitment email inboxes
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Professionally and accurately responding to enquiries from candidates and suppliers
Supporting the candidate selection processes as required such as interview scheduling, applicant correspondence
Managing the temp recruitment process and collaborating with our agencies within the office environment
Handle queries around contracts and documentation
Create and check employment contracts
What you'll need
Previous administration experience essential
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be beneficial
Good communication skills
A strong multi-tasker with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
Uncompromising attention to detail
Able to use their own initiative
Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous
A good team player with the ability to also work independently
