Summary

What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for our Stores and Regional Distribution Centres
Post job adverts and screen applications
Carry out telephone calls with prospective candidates, providing them with a realistic overview of the role
Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
Handle queries around contracts and documentation
Create and check employment contracts
Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
Coordinate eligibility to work and reference checks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking
What you'll need
Experience in a fast-paced highly operational role or experience in stores/retail would be advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)
A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
Good computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
