Supply Planning Lead

We are delighted to be partnering with a successful, leading licensed company, who are looking for a supply planning lead. Thy are a global toy and collectibles brand that focuses heavily on licensed products tied to popular entertainment and gaming franchises. They make a wide range of products: plush toys, action figures, collectibles, playsets, and costumes. Something for everyone!

The supply planning lead will cover the EU market, with a focus on the French and German markets. Experience with these markets is preferable. You will lead the end-to-end supply planning functions for your markets, ensuring optimal product availability, develop supply plans, lead seasonal strategies and manage production flows. You will have excellent communication skills to enable cross-collaboration wit other teams such as demand planning, product development, order management and logistics.

You will have experience in planning and in a similar role currently, experience with goods produced in Asian markets so you can understand the purchasing processes, language skills in French and German would be a huge plus, but not essential. You will also be competent with ERP systems (like SAGE), high proficiency in Excel and Google and within an S&OPs environment.

In return the company are offering a salary of £40-45,000, plus an annual bonus and lots of other benefits. The role is based in central London and with hybrid working; three days in the office and two from home.
