As a Supply Planner –Machines, you’ll manage end-to-end supply planning for Costa AFH machines, ensuring availability and inventory control while driving supplier performance and process improvements to support global growth.

What you’ll do
Being a Supply Planner – Machines is about more than getting coffee to the world—it’s about driving real success. You’ll:
• Own and manage the end-to-end supply plan for AFH Machines and components, ensuring availability targets and inventory performance.
• Forecast and manage machines, component, and product supply with suppliers and procurement teams, integrating lead times, capacity, and MOQs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving performance and continuous improvement through KPIs, SLAs, and issue resolution.
• Lead planning cycles, including S&OP, manage delists, and strengthen long-term supply resilience across all markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, refurbishment partners, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, optimise working capital, and support supply chain projects and system enhancements.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• An expert in supply planning with 5+ years’ experience in demand/supply environments.
• Skilled in supplier management, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• A strong communicator with analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experienced in FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors (desirable).

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
