This luxurious accessories retailer is looking to welcome a supervisor to its team based in the heart of Londons' shopping scene. The company, a staple piece of British retail, is renowned for its expert craftsmanship and subsequently the service provided to customers.
The role as a supervisor will entail being a brand ambassador, exhibiting optimal levels of customer service and engagement in store, whilst also being a go to for more junior members of your team, guiding them on best practices in store.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer demand. A proactive approach as well as leadership qualities will also be beneficial.
The success applicant will receive a salary of up to £33,000 with a commission scheme available to boost your OTE. There is a also a uniform allowance in place amongst a host of wider benefits!
