If you are looking to join our team of over 3000 employees across our 350 UK stores, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in our new store opening in the Co-op in Machynlleth.

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Peacocks store in Machynlleth. Situated in the heart of this busy market town inside the Co-op, this is a great opportunity to take full ownership of the store’s performance , from driving sales and managing costs to building, coaching and motivating your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high visual standards, delivering strong customer service and ensuring the store remains a key shopping destination locally.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture.
