We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Fareham – a welcoming Hampshire market town perfectly positioned between Portsmouth and Southampton. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

• Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them grow and succeed.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving sales results.
• A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and support are provided.
