We’re recruiting experienced retail leaders ready for an exciting new chapter in the Channel Islands. If you’re currently a Manager or Deputy Manager in UK food or hospitality retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role with relocation support and strong earning potential.
The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy convenience store. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where commercial awareness and people management are key.
What’s on Offer
• Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 depending on your expereince
• Relocation Package: £7,000

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Manager within UK food retail
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial mindset
• High standards in customer service and store operations
• Ability to adapt to a new location and environment
