Store Manager

We are delighted to partner with a leading supermarket chain who are looking for a Store Manager in Guernsey. They are seen as a very traditional British supermarket, focusing on value and a quality. they are very strong on their fresh food, fresh bakery, butchers, fishmongers, deli, and salad bar.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the community-focused store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and bring the values to life in this fresh and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a management role within retail or convenience stores. you will have exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results, and have a strong understanding of retail systems and processes, including stock management and financial reporting.

In return the company are offering a salary between £40-47,000 depending on experience, a generous relocation package.
