We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché Boundary Outlet, Colne. Located within a popular outlet shopping destination in Lancashire, Boundary Outlet attracts a high volume of shoppers seeking quality brands at exceptional value. This creates a fast-paced and rewarding retail environment, ideal for someone looking to lead a successful and customer-focused team.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
