Store Manager

A fashion retailer known for their iconic style across menswear & Kidswear are looking for an experienced Store Manager on a 6 month contract to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store operations, leading your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high visual and service standards. You’ll create a motivating environment that inspires both customers and colleagues, ensuring the store reflects the brand at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability through strong commercial focus
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Manage stock control, inventory, and loss prevention processes
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and compliance

Background:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment

The salary is paying up to £35,000
