Store Manager

We are delighted to partner with a fantastic brand, best described as a bohemian-inspired, globally influenced high-street lifestyle brand that blends fashion with craftsmanship and storytelling.

In this role, the successful candidate will drive the overall store performance, from sales to team performance. You will focus on generating profit, exceeding KPIs, managing P&L, and maximising on commercial opportunities.

The brand are looking for someone who has strong customer focus, who can deliver the utmost excellent customer experience and is a confident leader who will inspire their team to deliver results. You will have a proven track record or managing a similar size store and team. You will have a creative approach, the ability to communicate effectively and be a solution-driven individual.

In return the company are offering a salary of £31,000 per annum, along with a bonus scheme, generous employee discount and uniform allowance.
This role is based at Luton Airport.
