Store Manager

We are searching for a flagship Store/Retail Store Support Manager to lead a premium menswear fashion retail store in Central London. You will act as a vital link between the retail floor and head office. This is a store focused role for a commercially minded leader ready to step up, with occasional visits to their central London head office or other stores across the UK.

You will be responsible for driving the performance and standards of the London Flagship store, acting as the brand’s ultimate ambassador. Your leadership will drive sales, KPIs, profitability, and a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, ensure visual merchandising and stock control are impeccable, and develop local marketing initiatives to build community presence and store traffic.

Alongside running the flagship store, you’ll support head office with administrative, operational, and reporting tasks, providing essential store support and collaborating on marketing, creative asset management, POS materials, and window displays. You’ll assist with weekly trade reporting, feedback collection from the retail network, office administration, and specialist projects such as new store openings and refits.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ retail management experience (preferably in fashion or menswear), strong organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to switch seamlessly between shop floor leadership and office-based tasks. Articulate and confident, you’ll interact with VIP customers, colleagues, and partners, with a genuine interest in menswear, music, and culture. Flexibility to travel when needed is essential.
