Drive store performance through effective sales strategies and KPI management

Manage daily operations including stock control, staffing, scheduling, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Previous retail management experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and staying ahead of trends
