Store Manager

An established fashion retailer with a strong reputation for style, quality, and customer experience is seeking an ambitious store manager to lead one of its brand new stores in the county capital of Devon.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance. You’ll set the pace on the shop floor, build a confident and engaged team, and create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. From driving sales and analysing KPIs to overseeing visual standards, rotas, and training, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the store.

We’re looking for a commercially minded manager with experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail, who enjoys leading from the front and developing people. Strong communication skills, organisation, and a genuine passion for retail are essential.

Salary: up to £42,000, plus a strong bonus scheme worth up to £12,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
