Store Manager

A fashion retailer based around the Bedford area is looking for a store manager. After several successful store openings across Europe, this popular fashion retailer is now looking to continue their expansion across the UK. They have quickly won the hearts of customers with their timeless styles and fantastic quality across the ladies & childrenswear sector.

The chosen candidate will need to be familiar with working to KPI’s and be an effective team motivator to drive sales within store. The business has a strong focus on customer service and therefore is looking for someone who is familiar with building client customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty/repeat business.

A fast-paced fashion retail background is preferred with an understanding of how to streamline operations and manage operational processes/data accurately.

The role is paying up to £38,000.
