Store MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to join a dynamic fashion retail team. In this role, you will lead the store, drive sales, inspire your team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, driving sales, stock management, and KPI performance

Maximise sales while ensuring excellent customer service
Identify and act on commercial opportunities within the local area
Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to Head Office
Minimise avoidable costs and risks in-store
Manage HR responsibilities including recruitment, motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team
Create a positive, collaborative, and friendly working environment
Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and marketing campaign guidelines
Maintain in-store health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
Senior management experience in retail
Hands-on, collaborative, and shop-floor based leadership
Strong leadership and recruitment experience
Passion for fashion and excellent product knowledge
Customer-service focused with the ability to inspire your team
Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to learn new skills
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
