The Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store’s performance and atmosphere. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional service, and uphold brand standards. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, leadership, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a passionate store team
Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs
Ensure the highest levels of customer service and visual presentation
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store operations
Analyse performance reports and identify opportunities for growth
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
Background/Experience:
Proven retail management experience (ideally in fashion or accessories)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercial awareness and confidence with sales targets
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisation skills
A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and styling
