Store Manager

A beauty retailer is looking to hire a a dynamic and sales-driven leader to manage their Didcot store. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store’s success — leading by example, inspiring your team, and driving sales. You’ll combine a strategic mindset with hands-on leadership to deliver outstanding sales results, elevate the in-store experience, and maintain operational excellence across every aspect of the business.

Your main focuses will be sales leadership, team management, retail operations and customer experience

You will be someone who can demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. You’ll take ownership of performance results, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that maximise profitability while ensuring a positive and engaging customer journey.
