Store Manager

A leading retailer who is loved by shoppers for their extensive beauty and sleep range are looking for a store manager in Exeter. This company is popular within the UK across shopping centres and highstreets and are continuously expanding. They also have a significant presence in the US and Canadian market.

As store manager, you will be responsible for managing store profitability and operations, ensuring that your team are effectively working to KPI targets and providing the highest level of customer service to encourage brand loyalty. You will also ensure that your team are following health and safety procedures to mitigate business risks.

Visual standards are important within this store and experience working in a 1 to 1 service focused environment is desired as well as background in cosmetics or fashion. Development is at the heart of everything they do, and you will be pivotal in delivering training and coaching sessions to employees.

The salary is paying up to £31,000
