Store Manager

This heritage-inspired fashion retailer is looking to welcome a Store Manager to its Dorset location. Famed for its craftsmanship and premium materials, the business is big on customer service, sustainability, and creating timeless pieces — while also providing meaningful career growth for its employees.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day store operations, acting as a service champion on the shop floor, and leading your team with a hands-on approach. Delivering in-store training, managing visual standards, and being a proud ambassador of the brand will all form part of your remit.

Applicants should have experience in luxury or premium retail, with a strong awareness of how to elevate the in-store experience and maximise team potential. An appreciation for lifestyle or fashion products would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £42,000, with an opportunity to earn more via a monthly bonus scheme, staff discount and many more perks!
