Store Manager - 6 Month FTC

Premium Menswear Fashion Retailer – Designer Outlet York

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium menswear fashion retailer on a 6-month fixed term contract at our Designer Outlet York location.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing outlet store for a brand known for its famous, great quality British heritage and strong presence within the menswear fashion market.

📍 Location:
Designer Outlet York
(Outlet experience is highly desirable)

💰 Salary:
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop a small retail team to deliver outstanding performance
Drive key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and UPT
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with premium brand standards
Maintain strong operational excellence including stock control and compliance
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Manage staffing, rotas and wage budgets effectively
Act as a brand ambassador for a premium British heritage menswear retailer
