Store Manager

A homeware and furniture retailer based in Islington is looking for a store manager. You’ll lead by example, motivating your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from visual merchandising and stock management to staff development and performance.

Coming from a similar role, you will have extensive management experience in a customer-focused environment. You could be an assistant manager looking to move into your first store manager role.
The role is paying up to £37000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes a generous uniform allowance, flexible working and pension scheme.
