Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a store manager, to join a well renowned luxury brand near Newry. The company has been expanding over 50+ years of trading. They are focused on quality, sustainability and celebrating individuality.

You will be the brands ambassador providing leadership to your team, and setting the example for customer service.

The role:
• Driving the retail team to hit KPIs
• Develop and train a team to meet the core brand values
• Ensure there are high visual standards, and good house keeping at all times
• Ensure the team collaboratively work together, and drive training and development in store

The candidate:
• Previous experience in retail management
• Able to drive a retail team
• Commercial and driven to reach KPIs
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for fragrance and beauty would be desirable

The basic salary is up to £32,000, plus quarterly bonus potential and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off, product allocation amongst many other benefits.
