A luxury fashion retailer is looking for a store manager in the Paddington area. The company takes pride in producing quality products that are special occasion pieces within wardrobes across the UK which has allowed them to develop a loyal customer base.
The role of store manager encourages the candidate to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in luxury fashion. The store manager will be given a lot of responsibility surrounding operations and needs experience in meeting KPI targets to drive sales. Customer service is very important in this company and experience with clienteling/relationship building is imperative for this position.
The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with an innovative mindset to increase commerciality and ensure that the team are motivated. You will conduct regular reviews with your team to ensure that the relevant targets are being achieved.
The role is paying up to £37,000 plus a generous discretionary bonus scheme.
