Store Manager

This multi-product retailer is looking for a retail manager to join its prospering team and help them continue on their venture to exceeding customer needs. As industry leaders, the company places a large emphasis on the investing in their staff and would like to welcome an individual who is keen on developing themselves and their team.

The role is centered around driving service through your team to ensure customer experience is always first class. The role will also entail motivating and developing your team to fulfil their potential.

Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a large team, overseeing both shop floor and back of house operations, and will demonstrate strong leadership skills. Prior experience with KPI`s and meeting commercial targets will also beneficial.
