As a Store Host, you will:

Be the first point of contact for customers, offering a warm and genuine welcome.

Proactively engage with customers to deliver an extraordinary festive shopping experience.

Anticipate and identify customer needs, using curiosity and initiative to go above and beyond expectations.

Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to the Management Team when appropriate.

Share knowledge and passion for Selfridges’ unique offering, inspiring both customers and colleagues.

Bring the Selfridges Christmas story to life through meaningful conversations and storytelling.
