Sous Chef

An exciting opportunity has come up for a sous chef to join a well-loved restaurant group in its busy Oxford location.
The role will see you play an integral part of the busy kitchen, supporting in the head chef in delivering delicious meals.

As a sous chef you will be responsible for working on a menu packed full of flavour, and fresh ingredients. You will be supporting the head chef and the general manager to ensure the kitchen is operating smoothly, to deliver meals in a timely, yet well presented manner. You will ensure the kitchen is clean, and all relevant health and safety measures are adhered too.

To be successful in this role you will have previous kitchen experience as a sous chef gained within a busy restaurant chain. You will have excellent communication and be highly organised.
