Senior Technical Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Technical Manager, across apparel, fabric and QA departments. This is a senior leadership role, working with a large international garment manufacturer.
The role:
• Recruit, train and motivate a team of technologists and QAs
• Manage a large range of suppliers
• Ensure all legislation and SOPs are adhered too
• Conduct factory visits, and conduct corrective action plans
The candidate:
• Previous senior management experience
• UK / EU retailer experience
• Excellent communication skills to manage a team, but also external suppliers
• Experience with pattern making, grading and garment construction
• This is an expat role, so you will need to be able to relocate to Bangladesh
