A leading large-venue hospitality operator, delivering world-class food, beverage, and guest experiences across high-profile venues and major events are looking for a Senior Talent Partner. The workforce scales rapidly to support live sport, entertainment, and premium hospitality, making talent acquisition a critical driver for success.
As Senior TA Partner you will lead on end-to-end recruitment strategy across corporate, operational, and high-volume frontline roles. This is a strategic, hands-on role partnering closely with senior leaders to build strong, sustainable talent pipelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce plans aligned to commercial and operational priorities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, leadership, and large-scale frontline hospitality roles
Design and execute high-volume and seasonal hiring campaigns for major events and peak periods
Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, remuneration, and hiring strategies
Build and manage talent pipelines, including early careers, casual pools, and specialist hospitality talent
Drive employer branding and candidate experience across all touchpoints
Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and quality
Manage external suppliers and agencies where required, ensuring cost-effective outcomes
Use data and insights to track recruitment performance and inform decision-making
About You:
Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in hospitality, retail, events, or high-volume environments
Demonstrated success delivering both strategic and hands-on recruitment in fast-paced, operationally complex settings
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
Experience managing large-scale, seasonal, or event-based recruitment campaigns
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost
Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and exceptional candidate experiences
The salary is paying up to £55,000 accompanied by a range of employe benefits such as ehnanced holiday & pension contribution
