Senior Store Manager

We are pleased to be supporting this global fashion retailer with their flagship store management role in the West End of London.

This is an important role for our client, You will take ownership for a multi million turnover operation and a team of around 50 staff including a management team of 5.

The ideal candidate will come from a fashion background with experience across both Mens and Womens in a fast paced operation. You will need proven experience of senior store management.

You will need to be commercially confident and capable of working with head office teams to drive the stores performance and give feedback on the successes and recommendations for improvements.

You will lead your team to maximise sales through excellent product knowledge, impacting on conversion rate and ATV within the store.

In return you can expect a salary up to 55K plus quarterly bonus and an opportunity to lead a flagship operation with a high profile within this brand.
