As a Senior Sales Consultant at Victoria Beckham, you will be instrumental in delivering personalised service and tailored shopping experiences to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
VIP Client Engagement:
Serve as a brand ambassador, providing a warm welcome and personalised assistance to VIP clients as they enter the store.
Build strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their preferences, purchase history, and lifestyle to anticipate their needs effectively.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert product knowledge, styling advice, and personalised recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
Bespoke Styling and Consultation:
Conduct personalised consultations with VIP clients to understand their individual style preferences, wardrobe needs, and upcoming occasions.
Curate customised selections of luxury products tailored to each client's unique taste, ensuring an elevated and personalised shopping experience.
Provide styling guidance, outfit coordination, and assistance with accessories to help clients achieve their desired look with confidence and sophistication.
Sales Achievement and Target Attainment:
Drive sales revenue by actively engaging with VIP clients, showcasing our luxury products, and demonstrating their unique features and benefits.
Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging client relationships, maximising up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and closing sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and purchase history to facilitate follow-up communication and future sales opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the visual presentation and merchandising of the store meet the highest standards of luxury and elegance, creating an inviting and inspiring environment for VIP clients.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve store goals, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is essential. A focus on VIP clientele is highly desirable.
Passion for luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products, with a keen eye for style and trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with VIP clients.
