Senior Product Designer - Retail Media
Hybrid - Farringdon
We’re looking for a resourceful, imaginative and ambitious Senior UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary team at Tesco Retail media.
As a senior product designer at the UK’s largest supermarket, you’ll be crafting experiences that help millions of people shop better. You’ll help discover new opportunities, contributing to the intuitive and crafted solutions that improve every stage of a customer’s shopping journey. You'll understand business objectives and user expectations, assisting in developing design solutions that surpass both. You’ll become an expert in testing, iterating and improving what you do and how you do it.
Audiences don't get bigger or more diverse than this. We have 11 million active app users and over 1 million online grocery orders a week. So, you’ll really need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You'll need a big appetite for human-centred design, customer research and data and analytics. Collaboration mixed with expertise and insight is the recipe for successful design. So you’ll be working with some of the finest UX and UI designers, researchers, UX writers, service designers, data and analytics experts, product managers and developers.
Our secret ingredient is our digital design system. Experience with using a design tool, whether for small tweaks or complete user experience creation.
Here’s a taste of what you can expect.
You’ll join a business that values your expertise, experience and insight. That nurtures your personal and career growth, with opportunities for every stage of your journey. You will be a crucial member of a dedicated team consisting of individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds who share your determination and passion. You'll enjoy a hybrid role that creates the perfect work/life balance, helping you be who you are both professionally and personally. And a benefits package that’s more than competitive.
You will be responsible for:
